The NFL regular season has come to an end, and it’s time for each team to begin preparations for next season. Several teams have already made decisions to change key positions within their organizations, including general managers, head coaches, and coordinators.

New England Patriots, head coach, GM
In what has been rumored for days, weeks actually, to be happening with Bill Belichick and the Patriots. we broke up on thursday. It will be difficult for a legendary coach to succeed him in New England, and the team will also need to find a new general manager.
Seattle Seahawks, head coach
In a shocking move, Pete Carroll will resign as Seahawks head coach, according to CBS Sports Lead NFL insider Jonathan Jones. Carroll, the NFL’s oldest coach, signed a five-year contract extension in 2020. He finished his career with Seattle with a regular season record of 137-89-1 in 14 seasons. Seahawks president Jody Allen said the team and Carroll have agreed to move into an advisory role.
Tennessee Titans head coach
titans Mike Vrabel fired after six seasons at Tennessee. The Titans suffered back-to-back losses and finished in last place in the AFC South with 6 wins and 11 losses. Vrabel reached the postseason in three of his first four seasons and won back-to-back district titles in 2020 and 2021. Atlanta Falcons, head coach
After three losing seasons, the Falcons parted ways with Arthur Smith. The season-ending loss to New Orleans ended Atlanta’s third consecutive 7-10 season under coach Smith, who was acquired from the Tennessee Titans before the 2021 season.
After replacing Matt Rhule as head coach at Carolina, Frank Reich lasted less than one full season with the Panthers. Owner David Tepper withdrew his commitment to the union after the team opened the season with a 1-10 record. Special teams coach Chris Tabor has been promoted interim. Josh McDaniels’ second tenure as head coach ended much like the first. McDaniels, who had a stellar career as Bill Belichick’s assistant, spent two years in Las Vegas, compiling a 9-16 record. Owner Mark Davis made changes on Halloween. Former Giants linebacker Antonio Pierce has been promoted interim.
Former head coach Brandon Staley compiled a 24-25 record in his two-plus seasons as the Chargers’ head coach, including 0-1 in the postseason. Washington Commanders, head coach

Dave Ziegler played various roles in New England for nine years before following Josh McDaniels to Las Vegas. Ziegler spent two seasons with the Raiders, but his final season was disappointing as they left the organization in the hands of veteran quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. Carolina Panthers, GM
The Panthers fired general manager Scott Fitterer on Monday, two months after firing Frank Reich as head coach. By team, below are all of the general manager interview candidates the Panthers have requested permission to interview.
