Through this role, the company will introduce enterprise-class operational excellence, executive decision support, risk management, and due diligence. Gary will further develop his best practices and preparation in areas such as cybersecurity, data confidentiality and compliance, IT strategy, ESG initiatives, AI-enhanced processes, and digital transformation.

Gary Pickle works with Boyden’s leadership to strengthen the company’s ability to grow organically, operate at scale through M&A, and build adaptive capacity to meet external challenges and internal goals. Masu. Gary brings extensive M&A experience and deep functional expertise in management strategies and methodologies such as lean, agile and continuous improvement, as well as IT, finance and operations.
Gary has nearly 30 years of experience as a business leader and executive in global organizations, with experience on nearly every continent. Prior to joining Boyden, Gary was Senior Director of IT M&A at Cognizant Technology Solutions and Senior Director at DXC Technology. He was previously a senior director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and an executive recruiter for an executive recruiting and advisory services firm. Gary has held financial management positions at Shell, Compaq, and Vinson & Elkins. He began his career as a financial analyst for the Methodist Hospital System in Houston.
Gary holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Trinity University of Texas and is a certified public accountant in the state of Texas. He also earned his High Potential Leadership certification at New York University Stern Business School and his Executive Belt at McKinsey Lean Consulting.
